75 years ago, the U.S. dropped two nuclear weapons and Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, on August 6 and August 9, 1945. Every year, we remember this tragedy and call for an end to nuclear weapons worldwide.
This year, Watertown Citizens joined many other organizations in a streaming video event, #StillHere. We capped off many informative and inspiring speakers with music and the floating of the candleboats.
