Please join us for an evening of live Palestinian music and delicious Palestinian food to benefit JVP-Boston’s sister organization, the Laylac Center located in the Dheisheh Refugee Camp.
The event will take place on Saturday, January 20th, 4:30-7pm at The Loading Dock Restaurant in Belmont, one mile from the Alewife T station.
In addition to music and food, there will also be a raffle with items such as Palestinian embroidery pieces, Palestinian films, gift cards to local Palestinian establishments in Boston, and many more to come! Childcare will be provided.
The Laylac Center is an all-volunteer organization that runs arts, cultural, media, and therapeutic programming for youth of the camp. We invite you to learn more about Laylac on their website and follow them on Facebook.
