Sunday, May 10, 6:30 P.M. PALESTINE 1920: The Other Side of the Palestinian Story
Palestine 1920, produced by the Al Jazeera Arabic, relies on historical research, witness accounts and archival material to challenge the notion that the Palestinian-Jewish relationship in the early 20th century reflected “a land without a people and a people without a land.”
In addition to the film series, the Palestine Committee holds a vigil in Watertown Square every Saturday from 12:00 to 1:00 to support peace, security and reconstruction in Gaza and the implementation of Palestinian national rights overall.
