Join the First Parish Green Sanctuary Committee and Watertown Citizens for Peace, Justice & the Environment for the 23d Annual Earth Day Charles River Cleanup, Saturday, April 23, 2022, 10 AM - Noon. Meet at the Stop & Shop parking lot, 700 Pleasant St., Watertown. The section of the river behind the Stop & Shop is extensive. Collecting detritus that accumulated over the winter will prevent it from getting into the river and downstream into the ocean. Tools, gloves and snacks will be provided.
