Tod Gross, Watertown Citizens’ member, therapist, and the host, for 20 years, of the cable program, On the Sunny Side of the Street, interviewed Jeanne Trubek, from WC’s Peace and Common Security Working Group and Dr. Joseph Gerson, Executive Director of the Campaign for Peace, Disarmament and Common Security and internationally recognized author and activist on October 8 as part of the Global Mobilization to End the Ukraine War week of activities from September 30 to October 8. The probing questions from Tod on nuclear weapons, the Ukraine war and what can be done to stop it provided an excellent platform for Dr. Gerson and Ms. Trubek to provide much needed context for the war and to clearly present the need for a ceasefire and negotiation to end the carnage.
