One year into the Trump presidency and the situation for peace could not be more precarious. Nuclear war becomes more and more imminent as the crisis in Korea continues; the US-Saudi assault on Yemen has created one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises; and spending on defense grows as programs for social good are threatened. It is more important than ever for citizens to stand up and demand an end to militarism and a turn towards peace.
