[Peace] Update Description of the Annual Meeting

Hi Folks,

Attached is an updated description of the working group for the one-page
description of all the working groups that will be included in a mailing
for the Annual Meeting.  The changes I made are in bold.  Feel free to
suggest more changes.  I keep to the same number of lines so that it will
fit into the space we have for our working group.
