The Palestine Committee has been active for nearly two years working to raise awareness about the genocide in Gaza and the ethnic cleansing in the West Bank.  We have sponsored film showings and public forums, and have joined demonstrations and actions in the region supporting Palestine and challenging the impunity of Israel. We work with sister organizations like Watertown for Palestine, Jewish Voice for Peace-Boston, Massachusetts Peace Action, and Alliance for Water Justice in Palestine.

Because… –

Israel is committing genocide and ethnic cleansing of Palestine with the full support of the United States.

Israel is breaking international law in Gaza and the West Bank with complete impunity.

The United States has provided $21.7 BILLION in direct military aid to Israel. That is tax dollars not used for health care, education, climate mitigation, etc.

  • 171,000 Palestinians have been injured.
  • Thousands are believed be missing under the rubble in Gaza.
  • Over 1530 humanitarian workers and over 262 journalists have been killed.

  • Over 80% of the structures in Gaza have been destroyed – homes, schools, mosques, colleges, hospitals, historic and cultural sites, and more.
  • Medical facilities, crops, agricultural land, and basic infrastructure – water, electricity, and sewerage treatment plants – have been destroyed.
  • Nearly three quarters of Palestinians face food insecurity with half a million facing starvation.
  • Thousands of Palestinians continue to live in tents and without running water, toilets, heat, etc.
  • In the West Bank, Israeli settlers have injured or killed Palestinians and destroyed homes and crops with near impunity while Israel maintains a repressive system of apartheid in the West Bank.
  • Between the “ceasefire” beginning in October 2025 and until the middle of March 2026, – Israel has violated the ceasefire 2,073 times and 732 Palestinians have been killed and 4,190 have been injured.

and Because… –

  • We support Palestine and Palestinian National Rights.
  • We call for the End of U.S. Aid to Israel.
  • We call for the Enforcement of the Ceasefire
