In his latest book, How to Be an Antiracist, Ibram X. Kendi reshapes the conversation about racial justice in America. Instead of working with the policies and systems we have in place, Kendi asks us to think about what a truly just and equitable society might look like-and how we can play an active role in building it.
Kendi is an award-winning scholar of racism and antiracism, a 2019 Guggenheim Fellow, and a New York Times best-selling author. He is professor of history and international relations and the founding director of the Antiracist Research and Policy Center at American University in Washington, D.C.
