 Dates for our meetings.
I prefer June 4 but could probably make June 18. Both the August and September dates have me out of town, but my plans could change. I could probably join by phone if not internet. Other dates are fine.
Thanks for the  notes and thank you for working so hard on this.  I like intersectional programs.
Other things can be discussed at meeting on May 7 and I will try to have more info on the film Boycott and how to get rights.

 Hi Folks,
I know I have been bombarding you with emails!  I promise this will be the last one tonight!  Sometimes I just need to stop typing and spend some time clearing my head by writing things out.  That is what I did tonight.  From the emails you have seen, I have been focused on our main issues - P/I, Nuclear Weapons, and Militarism/Budget.  (I have not done much with Ukraine other than push the vigil.)  I also have been trying to work on the Steering Committee's suggestion that we find ways to link the work of our working groups.  In this vein I moved forward talking to people like the national staff of Back from the Brink and the local Hub organizer who is also the staff for Boston PSR.  I also reached out to the Veterans for Peace who have a great program entitled, The Climate Crisis and Militarism and our working group WFCC.  Also I have reached out to the Congressional Progressive Caucus Center in DC because of their paper on The Militarization of Our Border Communities and discussed a possible program with our working group RSG.  I have also communicated with Susan about the possibility of showing the film BOYCOTT at an in-person event at the Library. Finally, I needed to get our monthly meetings into my calendar.
So please take a look at the two hand-written attachments.
1) The first one is a list of dates for WC Monthly Meetings and our monthly meetings.  Please note we have to change our May and June meeting dates.  We are going to meet in May on Sunday May 7th because the second Sunday in May is Mother's Day and the Celebration of Life for Ron.  We also have to move our June meeting!  That is because the 2nd Sunday is June 11, the date of our Annual Meeting.  WOULD YOU LIKE TO MEET ON JUNE 4th or ON JUNE 18th that month?
2) The second attachment is a listing of possible program events in the fall.  Please take a look.  We can discuss in detail next Sunday, May 7th at our meeting.
Thanks for your patience with my at times unfocused energy and my handwritten attachments, Tony
