[Peace] working group descriptions

Susan,

It is funny you mention this. I took a crack at updating the description,
but only changing a sentence and the end and the opening sentence.  I was
going to send it out to the working group tonight.  I tried to keep to the
same number of lines so ithe description of all the working groups will
still stay on one page back to back.
