Watertown/El Salvador Sister City Benefit

Perhaps some of you are not on our regular Watertown/El Salvador Sister city concert mailing list, so I am sending you this invite to our upcoming holiday concert on Friday December 15, featuring Dean Stevens, founding member of the group and renown musician/Central American activist (See attached flyer).  As you probably know, these concerts are the way we raise money for scholarships for youth in Nueva Esperanza. We currently have five students studying at the national university with scholarships we provide.  Our coffers are running a little low because of low attendance at our last two concerts and I am worried about going to El Salvador in January for my annual trip without all the promised scholarship funds in hand.
So, I hope you will come join us at the concert, where ticket sales and craft and coffee sales help support these scholarships. If you can’t make it however, perhaps you could make a contribution instead.  Checks of any amount can be made out to Watertown/El Salvador Sister City and mailed to me at 104 Riverside St, Watertown, 02472.
Thanks so much. Susan Klaw
