Watertown Citizens is proud to be a co-sponsor of the local Concert Across America to End Gun Violence on Sunday, September 25.
The Concert Across America to End Gun Violence is a national initiative sponsored by hundreds of local, state, and national organizations to hold a series of live events coast to coast to “remember the victims of America’s gun violence epidemic.”
Watertown Citizens is joining with World in Watertown, Progressive Watertown, and Sustainable Watertown to hold a local concert in Watertown at Saltonstall Park from 1:00PM to 4:00 PM.
The Schrodfathers and Boston Arabic Ensemble are two of the three bands that will provide the music. There will also be speakers, including gun safety advocates, Warren Tolman and Richard Marcus, who will speak to what we can do to end the gun violence epidemic.
